Visegr\u00e1dsk\u00fd patentov\u00fd institut (VPI) zah\u00e1jil \u010dinnost 1. \u010dervence 2016<\/strong> jako mezivl\u00e1dn\u00ed organizace pro spolupr\u00e1ci v oblasti patent\u016f, kterou zalo\u017eily \u010dty\u0159i zem\u011b Visegr\u00e1dsk\u00e9 skupiny<\/strong>: \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Ma\u010farsko, Polsk\u00e1 republika a Slovensk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n

VPI vypl\u0148uje teritori\u00e1ln\u00ed mezeru v r\u00e1mci glob\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu PCT t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed jako mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed org\u00e1n pro st\u0159edn\u00ed a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropu<\/strong> a dopl\u0148uje chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek v s\u00edti evropsk\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f PCT.<\/p>\n

Spr\u00e1vu VPI zaji\u0161\u0165uje jej\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rada<\/strong>, jej\u00ed\u017e z\u00e1stupci jsou jmenov\u00e1ni smluvn\u00edmi st\u00e1ty. Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se ze z\u00e1stupc\u016f a n\u00e1hradn\u00edch z\u00e1stupc\u016f smluvn\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd smluvn\u00ed st\u00e1t m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo jmenovat do spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady jednoho z\u00e1stupce a jednoho n\u00e1hradn\u00edho z\u00e1stupce.<\/p>\n

\u00da\u0159ad pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky <\/strong>(\u00daPV \u010cR) je \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm org\u00e1nem st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edm v <\/strong>oblasti ochrany pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed<\/strong>. V \u010dele \u00daPV stoj\u00ed p\u0159edseda, kter\u00e9ho jmenuje vl\u00e1da.
Historie \u00daPV \u010cR sah\u00e1 a\u017e do roku 1919<\/strong>, kdy byl zalo\u017een<\/strong> Patentov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad. \u00daPV \u010cR p\u016fsob\u00ed zejm\u00e9na jako patentov\u00fd a zn\u00e1mkov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad. B\u00fdval\u00e9 \u010ceskoslovensko se stalo smluvn\u00ed stranou PCT 20. \u010dervna 1991. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika jako n\u00e1stupnick\u00e1 zem\u011b pokra\u010duje v uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed PCT na sv\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed od 1. ledna 1993. \u00daPV \u010cR pln\u00ed \u00fakoly podle PCT jako p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad v<\/strong> \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/p>\n

Ma\u010farsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad du\u0161evn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed (HIPO)<\/strong>, zalo\u017een\u00fd v roce 1895, je \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm vl\u00e1dn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adem pro z\u00e1le\u017eitosti du\u0161evn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed<\/strong> v Ma\u010farsku a pln\u00ed \u00fakoly podle PCT jako p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad v Ma\u010farsku.
Ma\u010farsko se stalo smluvn\u00ed stranou PCT 27. \u010dervna 1980. Krom\u011b<\/strong> toho, \u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed jako p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad PCT, prov\u00e1d\u011bl Ma\u010farsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad du\u0161evn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed (HIPO) od roku 2006 re\u0161er\u0161e a p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fd pr\u016fzkum pro Rakousk\u00fd patentov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad<\/strong> (APO) jako org\u00e1n PCT na z\u00e1klad\u011b dvoustrann\u00e9 dohody uzav\u0159en\u00e9 s Rakousk\u00fdm patentov\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem, kter\u00e1 byla platn\u00e1 do prosince 2014<\/strong>.
Z\u00e1stupci HIPO se od roku 2009 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed \u010dinnosti St\u00e1l\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru pro harmonizaci re\u0161er\u0161n\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed (PCHSA) a jeho pracovn\u00edch skupin odpov\u011bdn\u00fdch za spolupr\u00e1ci a harmonizaci mezi org\u00e1ny PCT v Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n

Polsk\u00e1 pobo\u010dka<\/h2>\n

Patentov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad Polsk\u00e9 republiky <\/strong>(PPO) je \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm org\u00e1nem st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy pro <\/strong>oblast pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed<\/strong>. V jeho \u010dele stoj\u00ed prezident, kter\u00fd je jmenov\u00e1n Radou ministr\u016f, a ze struktur\u00e1ln\u00edho hlediska na n\u011bj dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed ministr rozvoje.
Polsko p\u0159istoupilo k PCT 25. prosince 1990 a od t\u00e9 doby PPO pln\u00ed funkci p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu a Polsko se stalo ur\u010denou zem\u00ed v p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1ch PCT.<\/p>\n

Slovensk\u00e1 pobo\u010dka<\/h2>\n

\u00da\u0159ad pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed Slovensk\u00e9 republiky (\u00daPV SR) je \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edm org\u00e1nem st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy pro oblast pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed<\/strong>.
Slovensk\u00e1 republika, stejn\u011b jako \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, jsou n\u00e1stupnick\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty b\u00fdval\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 a Slovensk\u00e9 Federativn\u00ed Republiky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159istoupily k PCT v roce 1991<\/strong>. Slovensk\u00e1 republika je smluvn\u00edm st\u00e1tem PCT od 1. ledna 1993 a od tohoto data pln\u00ed \u00daPV SR sv\u00e9 \u00fakoly v r\u00e1mci syst\u00e9mu PCT jako p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
