O Smlouv\u011b o patentov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci<\/h2>\n

Smlouva o patentov\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci (PCT) je mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed smlouva spravovan\u00e1<\/strong> Sv\u011btovou organizac\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed (WIPO). Syst\u00e9m PCT umo\u017e\u0148uje \u017e\u00e1dat o patentovou ochranu vyn\u00e1lezu sou\u010dasn\u011b ve v\u00edce zem\u00edch pod\u00e1n\u00edm jedin\u00e9 “mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed” patentov\u00e9 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky<\/strong> nam\u00edsto pod\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika samostatn\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch nebo region\u00e1ln\u00edch patentov\u00fdch p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ek. Syst\u00e9m PCT zahrnuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 156 smluvn\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f (kv\u011bten 2022).<\/p>\n

Ud\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed patent\u016f se nad\u00e1le \u0159\u00edd\u00ed vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edmi nebo region\u00e1ln\u00edmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy<\/strong> n\u00e1rodn\u00edch nebo region\u00e1ln\u00edch patentov\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se tomu “n\u00e1rodn\u00ed f\u00e1ze”.<\/p>\n

V n\u00e1rodn\u00ed f\u00e1zi je ka\u017ed\u00fd patentov\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky v souladu se sv\u00fdmi n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi patentov\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony a za rozhodnut\u00ed o ud\u011blen\u00ed patentov\u00e9 ochrany. Doba pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 k tomuto zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed se u jednotliv\u00fdch patentov\u00fdch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f li\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n
