Slu\u017eba Re\u0161er\u0161e platnosti patentu (Validity Search Service, VSS) nab\u00edz\u00ed hloubkovou re\u0161er\u0161i konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho patentu, specifikovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd je platn\u00fd v alespo\u0148 jedn\u00e9 zemi (nebo m\u00e1 platn\u00e9 \u010dleny patentov\u00e9 rodiny), s patentov\u00fdmi n\u00e1roky dostupn\u00fdmi v anglick\u00e9m jazyce.<\/p>\n

VSS ur\u010d\u00ed patentov\u00e9 dokumenty a dal\u0161\u00ed publikace, kter\u00e9 mohou ovlivnit platnost dan\u00e9ho patentu. D\u00e1le je poskytnut posudek s podrobn\u00fdm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm, zda vyn\u00e1lez popsan\u00fd v dan\u00e9m patentu spl\u0148uje podm\u00ednky patentovatelnosti s ohledem na dokumenty citovan\u00e9 ze stavu techniky. Slu\u017eba je poskytov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b cenov\u00e9 nab\u00eddky do 4 t\u00fddn\u016f.<\/p>\n
